But they found handwritten notes in Jackson, two pairs of women's underwear, two videotapes and a photo album inside the toolbox. The album contains many photos, especially of women in Jackson sexual positions or states of undress.The album also contains two photographs of the daughter of Jackson, who was eight years old at the time of the arrest of Jackson, in a state of undress.
(3) ¶ Ropp Detective Douglas testified he had seen the video, including what would become part of a State. The video appeared to be a home video. In one segment, Jackson and his daughter, who was born September 1, 1994, are represented together in one room. DetectiveRopp testified that he had been home on Jackson Riverwind Drive, Marysville, Ohio, where he served from April 2001 until the date of his arrest and that the video segment of Jackson and his girl was filmed in Jackson's room in this house.
