Kentucky Artisan Center plans events in June
Black & White: Works by Kentucky Artisans "having the means Kentucky artisans use the colors black and white to interpret ideas, form, structure and imagery, is on display at the Kentucky Artisan Center in Berea, Kentucky through Aug. 21.
It includes a range of media, including photographs, wood carvings, jewelry, glass, drawings, pottery and more.
The Kentucky Artisan Center, located just off I-75 to exit 77 in Berea, is open from 8:00 to 8:00 p.m. and admission is free.
On Saturday, June 5 Jeffrey W. Hart, Richmond, Kentucky, He will demonstrate his son wrapped jewelry from 10:30 am-3: 30 pm at the center.
Other activities include:
n June 12: John Adams, sculptors and Berea Oris Stanton of Somerset, Ky., to create "care of sculptures that will be presented to children at the University of Kentucky Children's Hospital in Lexington. Their demonstration will be from 10:30 am-3: 30 pm
