is it worth buying an expensive set of Bosch drill bits to go with a cheap $50 Ozito hammer drill?

Powermachine 2 wondered if spaced out quality drill bits will make my work easier/the result think twice..or shall i go and buy a $300 drill?
There's no have doubts that good bits are important. A hammer drill is only as goods as the bit that is in it. As for the drill, I've never heard of Ozito. I can't humour any recommendations on...
